The rules for using TalentFlow — workspaces, accounts, acceptable use, and responsibilities for software hiring teams.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TalentFlow (the “Service”), a product of Gventure Technology (“Gventure”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, registering a workspace, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are described in Data deletion.
1. Who may use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
- If you use TalentFlow on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. “You” then means that company and its authorized users.
- Workspace access may require platform or workspace admin approval. Pending workspaces may have limited or no access until approved.
2. The Service
TalentFlow provides hiring and recruitment tooling, which may include job posting, candidate pipelines, scoring, AI-assisted features, voice interviews, integrations (for example LinkedIn or Meta), and related workspace administration. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as we improve the product. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Keep credentials confidential and use a strong password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at privacy@gventure.net or your support contact.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Workspaces, roles, and customer content
- Each company workspace controls its hiring data (jobs, candidates, media, settings) subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- Workspace admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and ensuring their team’s use complies with employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
- You retain rights to content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Gventure a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to upload Customer Content (including candidate data) and to instruct us to process it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful hiring practices, harassment, or discrimination
- Upload malware, scrape the Service without permission, or attempt to breach security
- Reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed
- Use integrations (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) in ways that violate those platforms’ terms or applicable advertising/recruitment rules
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when posting job campaigns
6. AI-assisted and automated features
Some features use AI or automation (for example resume scoring or coaching). Outputs are assistive only. You remain responsible for hiring decisions, fairness, and compliance with employment law. Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
7. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third-party products (cloud providers, email/SMS, AI vendors, voice vendors, LinkedIn, Meta). Your use of those products is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or content published on third-party platforms at your direction.
8. Fees and trials
Paid plans, invoices, and trials (if offered) are described at purchase or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice for renewal periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
9. Intellectual property
TalentFlow, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Gventure or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no IP rights are transferred to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
10. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data under GDPR / UK GDPR and India’s DPDP Act, among other laws. Where you are a controller / Data Fiduciary for candidate data, you instruct us as processor / Data Processor. 11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice where legally permitted).
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
